Disco Sundays Terms and Policies
Last updated: February 17, 2026
Disco Sundays operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services"). By booking, purchasing, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined below. This document integrates our Studio Policies and our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between specific sections, the Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.
PART 1: STUDIO POLICIES
The following policies apply to all studio services, including mix purchases, session bookings, and stem deliveries. They are designed to ensure fair use of studio time and resources for all clients.
1. Mix Purchase & File Submission Policy
All mix purchases require clients to submit their files correctly within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase. Files must be properly exported, labeled, and aligned according to the guidelines provided at the time of purchase.
-
Failure to Submit Files: If files are not received, are incomplete, or are submitted incorrectly after the 72-hour window, the service is considered forfeited. No refunds will be issued after the 72-hour submission period.
-
Late or Incorrect Submission Clause: If a client purchases a mix and fails to submit correct files within 72 hours, the order remains non-refundable. To proceed with the service, the client must purchase a new mix. Disco Sundays is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect file submission.
2. Recording Software Responsibility
Clients are responsible for exporting and submitting files correctly from their own recording software. Disco Sundays does not provide training on third-party software. Incorrect exports may result in delays or forfeiture of the service under the 72-hour rule outlined above.
3. Stem Delivery Policy
-
Stems are provided at the end of all booked studio sessions.
-
Active members may request 1–2 off-session stem deliveries per month.
-
Off-session stem requests beyond this limit, or from clients with inactive memberships, require a $25 file preparation fee.
-
Turnaround time for approved off-session stem requests is 24–48 hours.
-
Stems are not delivered instantly via text message or informal channels. All requests must be made through the proper official channels.
4. Membership Status Policy
Stem delivery privileges apply only to active memberships. Clients with inactive or expired memberships must either:
-
Pay the $25 file preparation fee for any stem delivery, or
-
Book a 1-hour studio session and receive stems at the end of that session.
5. General Policy Enforcement
These Studio Policies apply to all clients without exception. By booking or purchasing services with Disco Sundays, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
